Photography
Photographs and words go together like homegrown tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. Or, at least, they should. So, I carry my camera everywhere: into the forest, through my garden and on most of my assignments. My photographs appear in museum exhibits, national publications and online.

Three feet of snow may be typical in some places. In Virginia, however, three inches of snow is sometimes cause for concern.
